David Rubenstein is a Jewish businessman and philanthropist. He is the co-founder of The Carlyle Group, which made him the majority of his personal capital. David is also a current chairman of JFK Center for the Performing Arts, Smithsonian Institution, Council on Foreign Relations and a president of The Economic Club of Washington, D.C.
