American-Israeli entrepreneur who co-founded Akamai Technologies, a cybersecurity and cloud service company with one of the world's largest distributed computing platforms.

Fun Fact:

Lewin was killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks as a passenger aboard American Airlines Flight 11. According to the 9/11 Commission Report, he was most likely stabbed by one of the hijackers who was sitting right behind him, and the first person to die in the attacks.
