American actor and comedian.

Best known as a member of "The Three Stooges", a famous 20th century comedy act.

Fun Fact:

All of the original Three Stooges - Moe Howard, Larry Fine, and Curly Howard - and some of the later Stooges, such as Shemp Howard and Joe Besser, were also Jewish.
